aDPM offers landlord protection insurance through SureVestor, which covers the landlord on a list of damage events, including payment of unpaid rent when a tenant skips, defense attorney fees if a tenant sues the landlord, and damages caused by a tenant's malicious conduct, and payment of eviction costs if we have to file an eviction.

aDPM utilizes the eviction legal services of a law firm dedicated solely to representing landlords and property management companies at a discounted rate. They provide legal advice to us prior to filing the eviction to ensure that we are handling the matter correctly and to remove any successful grounds to defend the eviction action.

aDPM provides owners with an online portal account regarding all aspects of managing your property, including document storage and transfer, payments, notices, communications, work orders, property status reports, and more. 

We perform routine inspections a year, normally 3 per year. You will receive photograph reports, showing property conditions. Our inspections are designed not only to report property conditions, but also to enforce the lease agreement. As a result, we maximize our ability to ensure your property and tenancy are in the best shape possible.
