Fee

Landlord Protection

  • For flat fee per year/unit, landlord receives insurance coverage on a list of events. For example:

  • Unpaid rent when tenant "skips"

  • Attorneys fees if tenant were to sue landlord

  • Eviction costs (not attorney fees) if eviction needs to be filed

  • Damages caused by tenant to the property by "malicious" acts.
